Built using friction stir welding and roll form technology, the BT-10 delivers superior strength with reduced weight. This advanced process minimizes weak points and improves durability under repeated high-load dune riding.
The BT-10 Chalice is designed around a true 10-inch-wide configuration to increase flotation, traction, and stability in soft sand. Wider contact means better power delivery and more control when pushing hard through dunes.
Finished in Satin Black with Machined Accents and protected by a corrosion-resistant coating, the BT-10 looks as strong as it performs.
No snap-fit caps. The BT-10 features a secure bolted center cap design that stays in place through rough terrain and deep sand.
