Refund policy

Cancel the Order
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If you cancel the order, you will get a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order.

Return & Exchange Conditions
You can return most items for a refund within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

However, if your item is defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, you can contact support@bullitewheels.com, and we will work with you to find the best solution.

When we receive your return request, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your items. 

Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, we will return the agreed amount to your payment account.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. From the operation of the refund to the consumer receiving the refund, it will take about 10 working days.
