1806 Adventures Grand Opening – A Memorial Day Weekend to Remember
Lewis County, Kentucky | Memorial Day Weekend 2025
This past Memorial Day weekend, we packed our gear, loaded up the rigs, and headed out for one unforgettable adventure — the grand opening of 1806 Adventures Offroad Park in Lewis County, Kentucky.
Touchdown in the Bluegrass
We flew into Lexington on Friday night and caught some rest downtown before making the scenic drive out to Lewis County the next morning. The minute we rolled into 1806, we knew this wasn’t your average park. With over 8,000 acres of off-road-ready terrain, it was clear this place was built for serious wheelers.
Day One – Qualifying & Exploration
After settling in, we jumped right into qualifying. The course was no joke — tight, technical, and designed to test both driver and machine. Later that day, Tony Sr. gave us a guided tour, but with how massive the park is, we barely scratched the surface. Still, it was enough to get the adrenaline going and our bearings locked in for race day.
Day Two – Race Day Mayhem
Saturday brought the heat — both literally and figuratively. The racecourse was a brutal, technical gauntlet that chewed up rigs left and right. Out of all entries, only four cars crossed the finish line. It was a testament to the grit of the racers and the unforgiving nature of the terrain. Here's how it went down:
Bullite Invitational Results

6th Rusty Bray -4 1:33
7th Gavin Smith -1 0:40
8th Garret Utterback 0 DNF
8th Brandon Jackson 0 DNF
8th Mark McCleary 0 DNF
After the dust settled, we kicked back with live music, food, and awards to celebrate the day's battle. But the night wasn’t over yet — we fired up the machines and hit the trails again for a few more hours of night riding with the boys. Just good times, throttle therapy, and shared laughs under the stars.
Final Day – Pack Up & Peace Out
By Sunday morning, the camp was buzzing with tired smiles and stories from the trails. We packed up, said our goodbyes, and headed back to the airport — already looking forward to the next time.
Why 1806 Adventures is Worth the Trip
